WCTC has many varied occupancies and technologies including:

On the lower level there is a technology instruction/ computer center sponsored by Omni Tech. 

• Across the hall from the technology center is the new home for the College’s Admissions department.
• A sub-dividable high tech meeting and conference center makes up the balance of the lower level. (The meeting center has integrated lighting and audio/ visual controls.)

The first floor has student and faculty dinning areas, a student study lounge, as well as a TV lounge.

• The dining area was constructed with a stage for student activities, bands, etc. 
• A complete food service kitchen and service area was constructed. 
• The first floor exits to a newly landscaped courtyard between several of the existing campus buildings. 

The second floor is comprised of the relocated campus library, computer labs, and a “boardroom” like meeting room. 

The north end of the building has the three story entry atrium.  The atrium is the centerpiece of this project.  It will act as the gateway to the WCTC campus. 

• The lower level has an information desk and offices for other campus services.  Crowning the top of the atrium is a 10’ diameter custom manufactured chandelier.   

Three independent architectural dimming systems control the lights in the meeting rooms and the cafeteria.  Low voltage lighting control systems regulate the balance of the public space lighting.
